Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between L'Armoire Féminine (hereinafter "the Boutique") and any person making a purchase on the website larmoirefeminine.myshopify.com (hereinafter "the Customer").

1. Products

The Boutique offers women's fashion items (outfits, dresses, pajamas, and accessories). Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only; slight variations in color or finish may occur.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). The Boutique reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

3. Order

Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after payment validation.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders are shipped from our partner warehouses. The estimated delivery time is generally between 4 and 13 business days for France, depending on the chosen shipping method and product availability. These times are indicative and may vary. A tracking number is provided to the Customer as soon as their order is shipped.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. See our Return and Refund Policy for practical details.

6. Payment

Payment is made online, securely, using the payment methods offered on the site at the time of order.

7. Warranties

Products sold benefit from legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-3 et seq. and 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
