Right of Withdrawal
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return one or more items, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In its original packaging, with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
How to Return an Item
Contact us at larmoirefeminine@outlook.fr, indicating your order number and the item(s) concerned. We will then provide you with instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as used for the order, unless otherwise agreed by you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos. We will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain items (especially underwear) can only be returned if their original packaging and protective tags are intact.
